Simple village economy with a very good meal and reasonable prices. The carp in all variations are highly recommended. Try the pepper carp, the accompanying salad-potato + endive- tastes great. The way is worth it.

Here the m.E. best schnitzel in the Erlangen area (our all time favorite: 'American style') as well as excellent carp dishes from our own farm - plus a delicious Franconian Kellerbier in a rustic atmosphere. 😊

Great Franconian food, delicious Schnitzel and super delicious carp. In summer nice beer garden. Nice owners. Fair prices. We like to be there and also buy 16 km distance ;-)

The guest room is unfortunately very narrow and the table setting is not well organized. Despite reservation we sat at separate tables. The last meal came when others were finished with their food. The carp was okay, unfortunately too salty in the end. Pity, I had hoped for more.

The best schnitzel, the breadcrumbs are crispy, not too greasy and flavorful, the meat is tender, there are also various Schnitzelvariationen such as cheese chips, absolute recommendation for all schnitzel fans

Delicious food. My favorites and highly recommended - schnitzel in different variations or carp (fillet). Super nice service and in summer the Scharolds cellar is a must. Super cozy and nice view.

Decent inn, very friendly host. Cheap accommodation. Breakfast simple but everything was there. Even the coffee tasted good. The rooms are clean and newly renovated with minor flaws. Food ok. Everyone enjoyed the schnitzel in different versions, unfortunately my carp had a musty taste. Ok, the host can't help it.
